Healthy food for you - new recipe of the month:-
required ingredients:Beetroot, Bombay rava, Ghee, Sugar, Elaichi, Chashew Nuts.
Preparation: Peel off and grate the beetroots. Put the content in a cloth and sqeeze it to remove the juice. Keep the content aside. Fry the rava in ghee till light golden colour occur. Mix the rava, grated beetroot, sugar and elaichi powder. Make it into laddoos. Garnish with cashew nuts. Delicious beetrood laddu is ready.
* Don't throw out the juice came out from grated beetroots. Mix it with a little lime juice and sugar or good and drink. It is also very good for health.
* Beetroot should be cleaned and washed thouroughly.
